Account & data deletion
Delete your re:plyte account.
You can request account deactivation and deletion inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can start the same request from this page.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Account, then Delete my account.
- Enter DELETE exactly and choose Schedule deletion.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “re:plyte account deletion”. Say whether you signed in with Apple, Google or a phone number, and include the email address or international phone number connected to that sign-in. We will verify that the account is yours before scheduling deletion.
Keep verification safe
Never send a password, one-time login code, identity token or claim document by email. We may reply with a verification step, but we will never ask you to disclose those secrets.
What happens next
An in-app request immediately deactivates the account and revokes its active sessions. The app gives a date 30 days later for the end of a grace period; signing in before then cancels the request. We review due requests and first attempt any applicable provider-side sign-in deletion and deletion of stored private objects. Only after those provider operations succeed do we delete or anonymise eligible local account identifiers and authored messages, archive cars and revoke QR links. If a provider deletion fails, local purge is deferred and retried; eligible source records and storage keys can remain until it succeeds, with no fixed maximum while the failure continues. This account-purge path does not itself create a permanent object-revocation digest. The separate permanent digest described in the Privacy Policy applies when content is withdrawn by an author or removed by a moderator. Limited counterparty, audit, security, moderation or legal records may also remain where necessary or permitted. For an email request, we will confirm when identity verification and processing are complete.
Billing
Cancel Premium in the App Store or Google Play account that bought it. Manage Fleet billing with the re:plyte sales team. If no paid product completed, there is nothing to cancel.
